- Requires an SMS-enabled number configured for a user: ‘Services’ tab > Phone numbers > Active numbers > SMS routing
- If you do not yet have an SMS-enabled number: ‘Services’ tab > Phone numbers > Order new numbers > ‘SMS-enabled’ filter
- When starting a new chat, select the number you want to send from (if you have access to multiple numbers). Enter a phone number or choose an existing contact
- Search chats by phone number or contact name
- Mark all chats as read with a single action
- Convenient counter showing how many SMS messages for billing will be included in the message
- In-chat context menu for quick actions: making a call, creating/updating a contact, changing SMS ID, or deleting the chat
- Mark a chat as unread to return to it later
- Hold your finger on the message to copy it
- Get push notifications for new incoming SMS
- Now you can send and receive SMS!
