All integration features are activated via a single subscription. The price is dynamic and is calculated based on the number of PBX users that are added to the account. The cost of integration for one user is $2.75. For example, if you have 7 users, the monthly cost of the integration will be $19.25 ($2.75 * 7).
Note: to access CRM information during an active call, a Webphone is required.
